FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: PEACE ADVOCACY NETWORK EXPANDS TO WASHINGTON, DC PHILADELPHIA, PA, April 14, 2012 - Peace Advocacy Network (PAN) has expanded its reach to the Washington, DC, area. Leila Fusfeld, Vice President of PAN, heads the DC Branch. PAN has already reached nationally with its Vegan Pledge program that has operated in Salt Lake City, UT, Bend, OR, Philadelphia, PA, Phoenixville, PA, Baltimore, MD, and Chapel Hill, NC. Plans are in place for PAN volunteers to leaflet at Earth Day on the Mall (Sunday, April 22) in Washington, DC. Future outreach efforts are being planned, and DC-area volunteers are encouraged to contact PAN for opportunities.
