PEACE ADVOCACY NETWORK EXPANDS TO WASHINGTON, DC

PHILADELPHIA, PA, April 14, 2012 - Peace Advocacy Network (PAN) has expanded its reach to the Washington, DC, area. Leila Fusfeld, Vice President of PAN, heads the DC Branch.

PAN has already reached nationally with its Vegan Pledge program that has operated in Salt Lake City, UT, Bend, OR, Philadelphia, PA, Phoenixville, PA, Baltimore, MD, and Chapel Hill, NC.

Plans are in place for PAN volunteers to leaflet at Earth Day on the Mall (Sunday, April 22) in Washington, DC. Future outreach efforts are being planned, and DC-area volunteers are encouraged to contact PAN for opportunities.

ABOUT PEACE ADVOCACY NETWORK Peace Advocacy Network (PAN) is a grassroots group completely run by volunteers. PAN strives for the absence of violence in the lives of people and animals. Campaigns include vegan advocacy, humane facts education, horse-drawn carriage ban, as well as human rights issues.
